CamX was requested to perform the delivery project of a pair of CFM56-7B engines on behalf of our customer Air Lease Corporation. One engine was already removed from the aircraft, the second engine was still installed.

After an intensive 3 week period CamX managed to retrieve all required documents, assess them, have them corrected where needed and concluded by a successful acceptance. This way both engines are documented according to the highest standard and ready to be delivered to the next operator.

Both engines are now stored ready for their next assignment.

Due to Covid travel was and sometimes still is difficult, even for airline employees. Facing restrictions and quarantine requirements easy travel to support a base maintenance check, paint and hand back of an aircraft can be a real challenge.

CamX was requested to perform this task in the UK on behalf of an airline and supporting them on site being their representation for one of their Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Since CamX also has Technical Consultants in the UK we were able to support without any travel restrictions.

Working together with the airline and lessor made it possible the aircraft was finished on time and delivered from the MRO according to the redelivery conditions.
